Booking Policy

For bookings made by phone or email (ie not using online booking engine) -

• Your booking may be confirmed by payment of a deposit of $50 per room
• This deposit may be refunded where 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, less $10 handling fee

For online bookings made via our online booking engine -

• The payment process is completed at the time of booking
• Where 48 hours or more notice is given of cancellation, a fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking value will apply
• Where less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation, a fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply
